OUR PROCESS

Capacity
Glenmargon Global is equipped with latest infrastructure to develop garments of most modern designs. The infrastructure has a total production capacity of 30,000 finished garments per day.
Knitting
Knitting at Glenmargon Global is done by using some of the modern and state of the art machinery available in the market today.
Dyeing
Some of the finest and most modern soft flow & HTHP dyeing machines from the most recognized brand MAXIMsa are at work in our dyeing unit.

Printing
Glenmargon Global is equipped with all infrastructures necessary for manual and machine prints.To print upto 12 colours chest printing with Non PVC also
Cutting
CUT & FITband knife cutting machine and EASTMAN lay cutting machines are put to extensive use in the cutting unit.It is also equipped with state-of-the art CAD system with GERBER software to get the exact consumption data from the marker.
SEWING
With more than 100 machines of SIRUBA & PEGASUS
